Ni se molesten: Esta cancion no sonó dentro de la serie y quien sabe si alguna vez se hizo una presentacion en vivo (Cosa dificil de hacer y, mas aun, de repetir), de modo que tenemos otra cancion "solo para fans" :O

Don't bother: This song wasn't played in the series and who knows if it had a live performance either (It's a difficult thing to do and even more to repeat) so we have another "only for fans" song :O

Proyecto Fingerstyle: Kami no Sono

Hace tiempo que tenia ganas de hacer algo asi: Versiones fingerstyle de los openings y endings pero que fueran, a la vez, lo mas sencillas y precisas posibles. De hecho, esto es algo que siempre aplico en mis transcripciones pero siempre eludí a los Ops y Ends por considerar que "no tenia nada que aportar" al gran trabajo que otros fans ya habian hecho. Bueno, al parecer si tengo algo para aportar y vamos a comenzar con el ending de Hades - Campos Eliseos.

I wanted to do something like this a long time ago: Fingerstyle versions of the openings and endings but simple and precise at the same time. In fact i apply this in all my transcriptions all the time but i always avoided the ops and ends because i thought that "i didn't have anything to contribute" to the great work made by other fans. Well, it looks like i do have something to contribute and we're goig to start with the Hades' ending - Elysian chapter.

El Ultimo/Principal/Definitivo/Final/Etc Cosmos!!

2 Posteos en 1 mes? esto viene bien ^_^¿   Esta partitura es iconica, aun cuando se escucho muy poco dentro de las ovas de Hades (y esto no es algo malo en sí). Algunos llaman a este track "El tema de Apolo" y, ciertamente, lo es. La utilizacion del organo es perfecta para reflejar la magnificencia de un dios (aunque tambien hubiera quedado bien un coro masculino). Puede sentirse lo avasallante de su poder y lo imposiblemente arduo que resulta tratar de hacerle frente a ese poder. Uno de los mejores tracks del OST Tenkai-hen

2 posts in 1 month? this looks good ^_^¿  This Sheet music is iconical, even when it wasn't played a lot (which isn't bad at all). Someone call it "Apollos' theme" and, certainly, it is. The use of the organ is perfect to reflect the magnificence of a god (Even though a male chorus would have been good to). The music allows you to feel how overwhelming his power is and how imposible ardous is trying to face that power. One of the best tracks from the Tenkai-hen OST

Soul of Gold... na na na na naaa nananana!

Solo a mi se me ocurre sacar una partitura de un anime semanas despues de haber terminado, en vez sacarla cuando el anime se estaba emitiendo. Un verdadero 0 en marketing y publicidad ^_^¿ Reconoceran esta pieza musical como el tema que suena durante el resumen del capitulo anterior. Dejando de lado el opening, que no es mas que un remake de Soldier Dream, este BGM se ha convertido en la pieza mas representativa de este anime que, "casualmente", lleva el nombre de SOUL OF GOLD, algo logico si tenemos en cuenta que lleva el leitmotiv del OST ;)


Only i can think in releasing a sheet music of an anime weeks after its finalization instead of releasing it when the anime is on air. I deserve a big 0 in publicity and marketing ^_^¿ you'll recognize this musical piece as the theme played in the synopsis of the previous episode . Putting the opening aside (which is just a remake of Soldier Dream), this BGM has become the most representative theme for this anime and "by chance" it's called SOUL OF GOLD, something logical if we think that it carries the OST's leitmotiv.

El sitio mas peligroso de todos es el cielo...

Esas fueron las palabras de Shaka en esa clasica escena donde ejecuta su tecnica "Rikudou Rinne" (6 Samsara) sobre Ikki. A medida que vemos a ikki transitar por esos 6 infiernos, escuchamos de fondo una pieza musical que es un leitmotiv perfecto de una escena terrorifica y desesperante. El segundo movimiento del track "Black Saints' challenge" es otra de las sencillas pero profundas composiciones de Seiji Yokoyama, utilizada en la serie de principio a fin e identificable por cualquier fan de Saint seiya que se precie de serlo.

Those were the words used by the gold saint Shaka in that classical scene where he executes his technique "Rikudou Rinne" (6 worlds) on Ikki. As we see ikki passes through the 6 worlds we hear in the background a musical piece that makes a perfect leitmotiv for a terrifying and distressing scene. The second movement of the track "Black saints' challenge" is another of the simple but deep compositions from the sensei Seiji Yokoyama, played since the begining until the end of the series and an identifiable piece by any Saint Seiya fan worth his/her salt.

Y asi empezaba el prologo de las ovas de Hades - Campos Eliseos y de fondo sonaba el violin introductorio del track "Bell of angelus prayer", uno de los mejores del disco OST 8.

And that's how the prologue of the Hades - Elysion chapter began. In the background you can hear the violin from the track "Bell of angelus prayer", one of the best from the OST 8 album.

Saga!!!

Hacia tiempo que no publicaba una entrada que involucrara un BGM donde muere alguien! (doble o triple muerte en este caso,de hecho :P ). Este BGM del Original Sountrack 2 fue profusamente usado en la saga de las 12 casas (y muy acertadamente debo decir) pero sin dudas la escena que identifica a esta pieza musical es la del sacrificio final de Saga. Es tambien uno de los tabs que recibio mas peticiones a lo largo del tiempo, las cuales me encargue de ignorar por años XD

It has been a long time since i have published an entry that involves a BGM where someone dies! (double or triple death in this case in fact :P). This BGM from the Original Soundtrack 2 was used very often in the 12 temples saga (Very effectively i must say) but without doubt the scene that identifies this musical piece is the Saga's final sacrifice. It's also one of the most wanted tabs and it had many petitions which i ignored for years XD

Deprisa caballeros Athenienses!!!

Si no reconocen esa frase no tuvieron infancia XD Estas inmortales palabras eran dichas en el preview de cada capitulo de la saga de las 12 casas (La mejor saga de todo saint seiya :) por Raul Espinoza y el track "Galaxian Wars" sonaba de fondo. Sin lugar a dudas a todo fan de Saint Seiya se le erizaba la piel al escuchar esta pieza musical :D

If you didn't recognize that phrase you didn't have childhood XD those immortal words were said in every episode preview of the 12 temples saga (the best saga of all Saint Seiya :) by Raul Espinoza and the track "Galaxian wars" was played in the background. Without a doubt every Saint Seiya fan get goosebumps just by hearing this musical piece.

Otro tab luciferiano >:)

La melodia de esta pieza musical es uno de los Leitmotivs del OST de la 4ta. pelicula de Saint Seiya: "Los caballeros del zodiaco contra Lucifer" y por lo tanto, merecia tener su tab :P Fue usada como ending de dicha pelicula y en ella podemos escuchar la grandiosa voz de kazuko Kawashima :D Esta pieza solo se escucho en la pelicula. Muchos la confundiran con "Last holy wars", que es la que suena en la escena de despedida de los caballeros dorados. Son parecidas pero no son la misma.

The melody of this musical piece is one of the leitmotivs from the 4th saint seiya movie's OST: "Warriors of the final holy battle", therefore it deserved to have a tab :P It was used as the ending in that movie and the marvelous voice that you hear belongs, of course, to Kazuko Kawashima :D This piece was only played in the movie. Many people confuse it with "Last holy wars" which is the one played in the Gold Saints' goodbye scene. They're very similar but not the same.

Un pequeño tab de un, tambien, pequeño track. El ultimo BGM que se escucha en la pelicula Tenkai Hen (Apertura de la saga del cielo). Esta pieza musical aparece 2 veces en la pelicula... y tambien en el soundtrack! aunque con diferencias casi imperceptibles que solo se hacen evidentes para aquellos que las buscan (viola en vez de violin, chelos se escuchan mas fuertes, etc). El otro track donde se escucha se llama "Seiki no kutou" y le dedicamos un post tambien ;)

A small tab from an also small track. The last BGM played in the Tenkai hen movie (Heaven's saga overture). This musical piece shows up 2 times inside the movie... and in the soundtrack too! but with almost imperceptible differences only noticed by those who are looking for them (viola instead of violin, cellos sounds louder, etc). The other track where we can hear it is called "Seiki no kutou" and we also made a post for it ;)

otra "Arpa"de pandora ?

Esta pieza musical está ubicada al final del track "108 evil stars" y es una pieza en arpa que, podriamos decir, no tiene "dueño". El nombre del track no nos dice nada y en la saga de Hades hay al menos 4 personajes con instrumentos musicales a los cuales puede pertenecer la pieza (por si no lo sabian, la musica de las liras se toca en arpa XD ). Como sabemos que es de Pandora? la pista nos la da la Ova 13. En ella podemos escuchar por unica vez esa pieza musica y en dicha escena aparece Pandora! :D por supuesto, es una pena que no hayan usado esta pieza en mas escenas porque es verdaderamente bella.

This musical piece is located at the end of the track "108 evil stars" and we could say that this harp piece doesn't have an "owner". The name of the track doesn't tell us anything and, in the Hades saga, there are 4 characters with musical instruments so the piece can belong to anybody (In case you don't know it the music of the lyras is played in harp XD). So how do we know it's pandora's? The clue comes from the Ova 13. There we can hear this piece for a single time and in the scene Pandora appears! :D of course it's a pitty that they didn't use it more times because is truly beautiful.

Otra de Mime

Mas musica de Mime! (va, tecnicamente es de Orfeo pero bueh :P) Esta es una de las 2 piezas musicales interpretadas por los 3 personajes clonicos: Mime, Orfeo (Eris) y Orfeo (Hades). Es la musica generalmente usada cuando "atrapan" a su oponente. No les va a resultar desconocida ya que es otra de las versiones del "Requiem de Mime". Y si, es cortita ^^

More Mime's music (well, technically it's Orpheus' music but what the hell... :P) This is one of the 2 musical pieces played by the 3 clone characters: Mime, Orpheus (Eris) and Orphee (Hades). This music is usually played when the lyra (Harp) is "catching" the enemy. It won't be unknown for you because is another version of the famous "Mime's Requiem". And yes, it's a little short ^^

Requiem de Mime a 2 guitarras

Si, como lo leen. Una adaptacion para 2 guitarras de la famosa tonada de Mime. Contrario a lo que puedan pensar, resultó mas sencillo hacer el tab para 2 guitarras porque esencialmente es una trascripcion "literal" de las partituras que hice hace algun tiempo. Hacer una transcripcion del requiem para 1 sola guitarra manteniendo fidelidad con la pieza original (es decir, melodia + acompañamiento) es algo muy dificil aunque no imposible.

Yes, as you read. A transcription for 2 guitars of the famous Mime's melody. Contrary to what you might think, it became easier to make the tab for 2 guitars because, in essence, it's a "literal" transcription from the sheet music made by me time ago. Making a transcription of the Requiem for 1 guitar and keeping the accuracy with the original piece (i.e. melody + accompaniment) it's something difficult but not impossible.

Tab del Death trip serenade

Este tab lo hice hace mil millones de años pero por alguna razon (flojera probablemente) no lo habia publicado hasta ahora. No se confundan, este tab es de la Melodia que Orfeo toca para dormir a los jueces ("Serenata mortal" en latinoamerica ). La otra melodia tranquila y dulce de orfeo es el "String Nocturne" ("nocturno de cuerdas" en latinoamerica). Siempre hay confusion con esos 2 temas ;)

I made this tab billion of years ago but for some reason (laziness probably) i didn't publish it until now. Make no mistake, this tab is from the melody played by Orphee to sleeping the judges. The other peaceful and sweet melody is the "string nocturne". there's always confusion about those two ;)

Guitarreando con Hades en la PS2

No solo de la musica de anime vive el fan de Saint seiya, tambien de la musica de videojuegos! En este caso la musica pertenece al juego para playstation 2 "Saint Seiya: The Hades". Esta pieza musical no tiene nombre (ya que solo hay mp3 extraidos del juego) pero de forma no oficial recibio el nombre de "Inner cosmos" (cosmos interior).

The Saint seiya fan doesn't live by anime music alone but also on videogame music! In this case the music belongs to the playstation 2 game "Saint Seiya: The Hades". This musical piece has no name (because there are only mp3 extracted from the game) but it has received the unofficial name of "Inner Cosmos"

Talisman Cage!!

Mas partituras de "El Lienzo perdido". Lamentablemente esta pieza musical no fue editada en ningun disco debido a que nunca hubo un segundo soundtrack de "El lienzo perdido", debido a la cancelacion de una tercer temporada de ovas de "El lienzo perdido", debido a los no satisfactorios numeros de ventas de los DVDs de "El lienzo perdido". Una verdadera lastima porque la musica de la segunda temporada (la que pudimos escuchar al menos) resultó mejor y mas inspirada.

More sheet music from "The Lost Canvas". Unfortunatelly this musical piece wasn't edited in any album due to the fact that there wasn't a 2nd soundtrack from "The Lost Canvas", due to the cancelation of the 3rd ovas season from "The Lost Canvas", due to the unsatisfactory sales numbers of the DVDs from "The Lost Canvas". A real Pitty because the music from the 2nd season (the one that we heard at least) was better and more inspired.

2 tabs del Lienzo perdido y 1 sola melodia...

Al parecer los fans no se olvidan de The Lost Canvas ya que estos 2 tabs surgieron en base a pedidos de fans aunque, siendo sinceros, tambien tuvo que ver el hecho de que estos utilizan la misma melodia de otra partitura que ya habia hecho ( KIZUNA, otra partitura mas de The Lost Canvas ) asi que me ahorre mucho trabajo y esfuerzo :P De todas maneras siempre es un placer terminar un tab y poder tocarlo asi que a darle a la guitarra :D

It seems like the fans don't forget The Lost Canvas because these 2 tabs were fans requests but, honestly, another good incentive was the fact that these tabs use the same melody of another sheet that i did ( KIZUNA, otra partitura mas de The Lost Canvas ) so i saved a lot of effort and work :P Anyway there's always a pleasure to finish a tab and play it so let's hit the guitar :D

hoy venimos con el tab de Corona's temple destruction, una de las piezas representativas de la pelicula de Abel (真紅の少年伝説 Shinku no shonen densetsu) cuya melodia es el leitmotiv del disco OST 5. De modo que no les puede sonar desconocida ;) Es otro BGM donde podemos escuchar la angelical voz de kazuko kawashima :D

Today we came with the tab of "Corona's temple destruction", one of the most representative pieces from the Abel's movie (真紅の少年伝説 Shinku no shonen densetsu). The melody is the leitmotiv of the OST 5 so it can't sound unknown to you. In this BGM we can hear the Kazuko Kawashima's angelical voice :D

Camus, si que nos hiciste llorar :')

Shun: Seiya! Parece que el cosmos de hyoga nos esta diciendo adios
Seiya:  No mires hacia atras Shun, no tenemos tiempo para eso...

Asi comenzaba esa escena que quedo en la memoria de todos los fans de Saint Seiya. La escena conocida como "la muerte de camus" (esto es un spoiler? :P ). Tambien ahi mismo comenzaban a sonar las primeras notas de una de las piezas musicales fundamentales de este gran anime: Aria of the three (casualmente conocida tambien como "la muerte de camus" XD ).

so began that scene which stayed in the memory of all the Saint Seiya fans: The scene known as "Camus' death" (is this a spoiler? :P). Also right there we began to listen the firsts notes of one of the essential musical pieces from this awesome anime: Aria of the three (coincidentally, it's also known as "Camus' death" XD )

El final de Poseidon para guitarra

Esta pieza musical tiene el honor de ser la ultima que se escucha en la serie (Ok, la "serie clasica". Las ovas de hades son un tema aparte). Tambien tiene el honor de haber sido usada 1 sola vez en TODO Saint Seiya ("TODO" incluye Serie clasica, Ovas de Hades, peliculas, Lost Canvas y Omega :P). Esto ultimo no es raro ya que la saga de Poseidon duro solo 14 episodios y el motivo de la pieza inspira escenas de "esperanza" o da idea de "final feliz". Dado el tono angustiante de la saga, no habia muchas escenas posibles para usar esta pieza ^_^ Aun asi, esto hizo que el final fuera mas especial para los fans :D

This musical piece has the honour of being the last one played in the series (OK, the "classic series". The Hades' ovas are another subject). It also has the honour of being played only 1 time in the WHOLE series ("WHOLE" includes Classic series, Hades' ovas, movies, Lost Canvas and Omega :P). That's not rare because the Poseidon saga lasted only 14 episodes and the motif of the piece inspires "hope" scenes / give us an idea of "happy ending". Given the distressing tone of the saga, there weren't many posible scenes where they can use this piece ^_^ Even so, all this made the end more special for the fans :D
